We know that feeling happy and on top of things doesn’t happen overnight. This is why we have created our Healthy Minds programmes, designed to tackle different topics related to building and maintaining a healthy mind.
Programmes last for four weeks and focus on a different topic each week. For each topic, you will access a video by a subject matter expert as well as other relevant resources.
You will be part of a group chat alongside other users in the same programme, moderated by your mental health practitioner, who will lead the course.
You will be able to take as many programmes as you like, one at a time.
