1.1 These terms and conditions govern your participation in the UK Prize Draw (the “PrizeDraw”) organised by Peppy Health Limited (“Peppy”). By entering the Prize Draw, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2.1 The Prize Draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except employees of Peppy and their immediate families, as well as anyone professionally associated with the Prize Draw.
Prize Draw Entry
3.1 To enter the Prize Draw, you must complete the medical survey provided by Peppy. The
survey should be completed accurately and honestly. By participating in the survey, you
acknowledge and agree that the information provided is true and correct to the best of your
3.2 Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate or incomplete entries will be disqualified.
3.3 Entry into the Prize Draw is free and no purchase is necessary.
4.1 The Prize will be clearly stated in the invitation email for the Prize Draw. The Prize is
non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No cash alternative will be offered.
4.2 Peppy reserves the right to substitute the Prize with an alternative of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond their control make it necessary to do so.
5.1 The Prize Draw winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received within the specified entry period, which shall be the duration of one calendar month.
5.2 The winner will be notified by email within 10 days of the Prize Draw closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the Prize within 10 days of notification, Peppy reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
Data Protection and Privacy
7.1 Peppy’s decision regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
7.2 Peppy reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Prize Draw in the event of unforeseen circumstances or for any reason outside their control.
7.3 The Prize Draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
7.4 If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remainder of these terms and conditions shall remain in full force and effect.
