Anne Howard

Deputy Director of Nursing

Anne qualified as a registered adult nurse in 2008 from Coventry university and worked within the NHS on a vascular ward before securing a job at The Centre for Reproductive Medicine Coventry in 2010. Since then Anne has spent the last 13 years working as a fertility nurse in both the NHS and private sector, working in both nurse led and clinician led clinics before succeeding to become nurse manager for Care Fertility Birmingham and its satellite clinic Care Fertility Tamworth. Anne is the current deputy chair of the Royal College of Nursing Fertility Nurse Forum committee (RCN) and works on developing publications and seminars to further the education of fertility nurses around the UK. Alongside educating and helping to develop fertility nurses, Anne continues to support patients during their fertility journey as well as supporting women with their hormonal and gynaecological health. She has a keen interest in Polycystic Ovary syndrome (PCOS) and Male fertility.
