Remote-first

We're a remote-first business, rather than remote-only. So you can choose between working from home, in a shared WeWork office or somewhere in between (as long as it's within the UK).

Health and wellbeing

You will receive Private Medical Insurance through Vitality (including Dental, Optical and Mental Health support) as well as unlimited access to the Peppy app — you can even gift Peppy access to two members of your close family/friends.

We’re remote-first and always will be. At Peppy you can choose between working from home, in a shared WeWork office or anywhere in between, to suit your circumstances and lifestyle. We do have plans to secure office spaces in London and New York, but we’ll always be a remote-first business; it’s at the heart of who we are and how we want to work together.

Our Mission

Our Mission is simple: to support often underserved areas of healthcare, focusing on Menopause, Fertility, Baby, Men’s Health and Women’s Health. But these areas are just the start for us.
