Complaints

If you wish to make a formal complaint about our service, please email us on hello@peppy.health.  We may ask you for certain details about you and your complaint in order to address it and ask for your prompt co-operation in seeking to resolve our differences quickly.  We will tell you the outcome of our investigation into your complaint and give you the chance to discuss it with us.  If We have done something wrong, we will apologise to you and seek amicable resolution.

If you are in any way dissatisfied about how we process your personal information, you have a right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).  This can be done at https://ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint/.  We would, however, appreciate the opportunity to talk to you about your concern before you approach the ICO.
